2-Year Warranty on All Robotic Devices

Every robotic window cleaner sold by DeepWinbot is covered by a full 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the robot unit and OMNI station
  • Motor or suction system failures under normal operating conditions
  • Navigation sensor malfunctions
  • Safety system component failures (suction, cable mechanism)
  • Electrical defects in the charging and power systems

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or improper installation
  • Damage from use on surfaces not recommended by the manufacturer
  • Operation without the safety rope attached
  • Normal wear items: wiping pads, cleaning solution, safety rope
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to Claim

  1. Email support@DeepWinbot.shop with your order number
  2. Include a brief description and photo or video of the issue
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution — replacement unit, repair, or refund

Warranty Registration

No registration required. Your warranty is automatically activated from the date of purchase recorded in your order confirmation.
