Not satisfied? Return your robotic window cleaner within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, products must be in original condition with all components included: robot unit, station, safety cable, wiping pads, cleaning solution, and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened cleaning solution bottles and used wiping pads are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All other components of the bundle are eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Email support@DeepWinbot.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Pack all components securely in the original box
  4. Drop off at any carrier location
  5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different model or bundle. Contact us and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
